Refinance - Owner Occupied/Investment
We are paid directly by the lenders. We Do Not charge any additional fee for our consultation, our time or the outcome.
Specialist Lending ( Non - Conforming )
If you have been declined by your Bank there are still other options. We will in this instance charge a brokerage fee of up to 1% of the total loan amount.
Business / Commercial
We usually charge a commitment fee of 0.5% of the total loan amount. Depending on circumstance, this fee may be waived.
